2. Orders & Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Bunkara reserves the right to:
  1. Refuse or cancel any order
  2. Request additional verification (especially for COD orders)
  • An order is considered confirmed only after:
  1. Verification (for COD), or
  2. Payment confirmation (for bank transfer)

3. Pricing & Product Information

  • We strive to ensure accurate pricing and product descriptions; however, errors may occur.
  • Bunkara reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders due to:
  1. Incorrect pricing
  2. Product description errors

Customers will be notified in such cases.

4. Payment Terms

Bunkara currently offers:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Bank Transfer

COD Orders:

  • Customers must pay at the time of delivery
  • Refusal to accept a confirmed order may result in restriction of future COD orders

Bank Transfer Orders:

  • Orders are processed only after payment confirmation
  • Once processed, orders cannot be cancelled

5. Shipping & Delivery

All shipping and delivery terms are governed by our Shipping Policy.
By placing an order, you agree to those terms.

6. Returns, Exchange & Cancellation

All return, exchange, and cancellation requests are governed by our:

  • Styling, accessories, or embellishments shown in images may differ from the final product unless explicitly stated
  • Minor variations in measurements (within standard tolerance) are not considered defects

8. Product Care Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for following care instructions provided with the product
  • Bunkara is not liable for damage caused due to improper handling, washing, or use

All content on Bunkara platforms, including:

  • Designs
  • Images
  • Text
  • Branding

is the property of Bunkara (VRA Design Co.) and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to interfere with website functionality
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Engage in abusive or harmful behavior toward the brand or its representatives

11. Limitation of Liability

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Pakistan.
